WYCV has been a full time Southern Gospel Station since 1983.  WYCV operates at 900Khz (900AM) with a clear channel.  We are licensed for 24 hour operation. 

We currently broadcast 5:00am to 11:00pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday hours of 6:00am until 9:00pm. 

We're a commercial station reaching a population of over 600,000 people, transmitting at 2500 watts.

WYCV - Gospel 9 Radio - is owned and operated by Freedom Broadcasting Corporation.  President and General Manager, Dr. Marvin "Buddy" Sizemore. 

The studio is located at 398 South Main Street (US Highway 321-A) Granite Falls, NC,  less than 1 mile from the city limits and 3 miles from Hickory, NC.

Our goal is to reach the lost for Christ and encourage believers through great sermons and Southern Gospel Music.
