WYCV has been a full time Southern Gospel Station since 1983 and operates at 900khz (900 AM) withe a clear channel and on 98.7 on the FM dial. We broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are a commercial station reachen a population of over 600,000 people, transmitting at 2500 watts.

WYCV – Gospel 9 Radio – is owned and operated by Freedom Broadcasting Corporation. The President and General Manager is Dr. Marvin “Buddy” Sizemore.

The studio is located at 398 South Main Street (US Highwqay 321-A) Granite Falls, NC, less than 2 miles from the city limits and 3 miles from Hickory NC.

Our goal is to reach the lost for Christ and encourage believers through great sermons and Sother Gospel Music.
